I'm still fighting with "The Heart of Yoga".lol It's very nice today! so I wanna read the book outside but I couldn't:/ I have cataract. the sunlight was too hard for my eyes:/ so sad. I read the book inside. I did practice my teaching for tomorrow lesson:) I heard 3~4 student will come my home! how exciting!!! I did 1 hour lesson myself. I taught to someone who didn't see.lol can't wait tomorrow! it's my first lesson!!! I know I don't have the yoga teacher license yet,so it's for my learning and volunteer;)
