I did some yoga poses for kidney I wrote yesterday on this blog. I like doing the Happy Baby Pose for my back also:) I feel so good during I'm doing that pose. Happy Baby Pose is good massage for back:)

yoga for kidney






I have kidney trouble. I can't live without taking the medicine now. Nobody don't know why I have the kidney trouble, so I know my kidney trouble can't heal. I can't do any hard exercise that's why I started doing yoga deeply. I hate that trouble cuz' I'm an active person! I was in the hospital for 2 month in Jpn. I did yoga and some muscle training there. The nurse came to my room and  she stopped my hard exercise. haha! Anyway I don't want to have such a bummer trouble. I have to search some yoga poses for my kidney.






Kidneys are in back. I need to massage on my back. I'm going to do the YouTube pose.

new yoga clothes


I went to VICTORIA'S SECRET and FOREVER XXI last weekend. Those stores are my fav♡ I got the long pants and the leggings and the short pants at the store with reasonable price♡ I think wearing the short pants is good for doing yoga during summer time:)


I wore the leggings for my weight loss yoga lesson this morning. I like it:)♡ It's FOREVER XXI one. I loooove FOREVER XXI♡
I did weight loss yoga class this morning and I tried to teach some arm balance poses but I couldn't well. I have to practice arm balance poses~. Anyway I had fun at the class:) Thank you girls! I'm going to do some yoga poses for back muscle at the weight loss yoga class next week;)

yoga for arms


I'm going to have weight loss yoga class tomorrow morning. I'm going to do some arm yoga poses in the class. I think the Down Plank pose and Eagle pose is good for arm muscle training and the Dolphin pose is good for arm muscle (especially around the shoulders). I'm going to teach some arm balance poses in the class but I'm not good at the arm balance poses:S The YouTube is very nice to practice arm balance poses. I tried to practice them, but I couldn't:/ The arm balance poses are really hard for me:/ So I'm going to do the Crow pose, arm pressure pose and hooked foot pose in the class because maybe I can do them (but it's not good) :P

relax soup


















I had PMS this weekend, so I did some hip opening poses and I tried to eat more healthy. Sometimes I get nerves in my period. So I made salsa soup with celery and coriander because celery and coriander have relax ingredient:) Those smell make relax. I think doing relax poses and eating relax food are good for PMS.

【salsa soup】
My American friend told this great recipe to me. Thank you♡ I love this recipe:*)

■ingredients
2 chopped Chicken thigh
6 chopped coriander
1 diced celery
1 diced carrot
1 diced onion
4 cup water
1 cup salsa sauce
1 cube chicken bouillon
1/2 tsp black pepper

>1 put chicken thigh,celery,onion,carrot,water into the pan and heat.
>2 add coriander,salsa sauce,chicken bouillon,black peper and simmer it until tender.

I hope my PMS will be fading away~

Coconut water


I loooove VITA COCO ! It's coconut water. It has more electrolytes than leading sports drink and more potassium than 2 bananas! It's no fat, no cholesterol, low in calories. I know the real coconut is so hard to drink it cuz' the shell is so harrrrd!!! So drinking VITA COCO is easy way to drink coconut water;)


My fav DIVA Rihanna loves it♡ That's why I love VITA COCO♡;)

Drinking healthy is good for Yoga Life:)

Kids yoga class


I had Kids yoga class this morning. Actually the student was only my son.lol Some pre-school has the Bible school same day same time, so there was no kids except my son but I really didn't care about it because my son was doing well and we had so much fun at the class:) I think it was good practice teaching kids for me. I had 40mins Kids yoga class. I did warm up , some fun poses, playing with the ball with our foot, practicing some yoga poses and relax on savasana. My son was laughing all time at the class, It made me happy:) I hope some other kids will join my Kids yoga class next time;)♡ 


I love this class! My son likes the wash machine warm up pose! It's Fun!<3

thinking about Kids yoga poses


I changed the blog name from Healing 101 to Lovely Yoga cuz' my yoga studio name is "Lovely Yoga Studio". Is it lovely name, huh?:) I have KIDS YOGA class tomorrow morning, so I'm thinking about the poses. It will be fun!:) This YouTube is awesome! I like it!  I did abs yoga class yesterday, it was hard but it was fun! I have sore muscle this morning.lol

kale stir-fry




The Fresh Market opened in my town today. I was so excited about it! I got the kale. It was really fresh! I made the kale stir-fry for my supper. I love the kale stir-fry! It's easy and yummy and very healthy:)

【kale stir-fry】

>1  put the 1T olive oil and sliced garlic to the skillet and heat it
>2  add the kale and cover on it for 1~2mins
>3  take the cover off and saute it
>4  add 1/2T soy sauce and pepper

Kale includes vitaminA and vitaminC. That means kale is good for skin health and beauty:)

abs yoga


Tomorrow's my weight loss yoga class is abs yoga class! I think it will be hard! I love the abs training♡ Yoga has a lot of stuff about abs. The plank pose and the Boat pose are really good poses for abs! But I'm not good at the Boat pose.haha! Can't wait tomorrow! Are you ready?:)

The air show





I enjoyed the air show this weekend. F15 Eagle was coming to my town for the air show! After the show, the pilots were talking with ppl @ the air port. He talked about the flight. He said he was using some breathing technique @ the flight like "inhale" and "exhale". It was very interesting. Thought the flight should be so hard.

Learning about Kids yoga




I'm going to have Kid's yoga class next week, so I'm learning about it now. I like this YouTube! It's neat! I did some kids yoga practice with my son this morning. It was fun! I read a picture book also;)

I made my studio "Lovely yoga studio" in my home♡ I'm going to have Weight Loss Yoga class and Kids Yoga class in this June. I'm so happy those class are already filled:) Thank you♡ I can't wait to teach next week! Have a great weekend!!!

SKY FM nature channel



I love SKY FM . I usually do yoga with this radio. The radio has new channel. The new nature channel is very nice! I love it. I love the booming of the see and the tweet. But there are a lot of real nature in my town, so I don't need the music in the morning. Just open the window! I can hear the tweet :)

I'm a yoga instructor!

Rah Rah Rah ! I am officially a certified yoga instructor from today~♡ I'm sooo happy I passed the final exam this morning! My teacher,my yoga teacher training classmate,my Japanese friends, many ppl helped me about it. I really appreciate them. Thank you sooo much!!! I'm going to learn about yoga and yoga life more and more. I have started out in life as a yoga instructor :)

We had potluck after the final exam. All dishes were GREAT!!! They were very healthy and they had a lot of vegetable and fruits in there. I think yoga person is good cook !!! I loved the cute cookie too♡
