kale stir-fry




The Fresh Market opened in my town today. I was so excited about it! I got the kale. It was really fresh! I made the kale stir-fry for my supper. I love the kale stir-fry! It's easy and yummy and very healthy:)

【kale stir-fry】

>1  put the 1T olive oil and sliced garlic to the skillet and heat it
>2  add the kale and cover on it for 1~2mins
>3  take the cover off and saute it
>4  add 1/2T soy sauce and pepper

Kale includes vitaminA and vitaminC. That means kale is good for skin health and beauty:)
