Butterfly
I'm having in my period now. So I did yoga poses for menstrual period this morning. I like doing Butterfly pose while I'm having in my period. Butterfly pose is the first Chakra pose. The first Chakra is the Root Chakra. The Chakra's color is deep red. The location is base of spine, perineum(The Chakra DECK). This pose stretches and strengthens the lower back and hip areas. The forward stretch at the end is soothing to the ovaries and abdomen and helps to relieve lower back pain during menstruation (YOGA for WOMEN Shakta kaur khalsa Pg111)

neck exercise yes and no motion
OMG. I had sore neck muscle when I got up this morning:S I did neck exercise "yes and no motion". I learned the motion at the anatomy class of the teacher training class. It was good :) My neck is better now :)

Brown rice
Brown rice (we called it Genmai玄米 in Japanese) is great meal for me. Brown rice and Umeboshi (plum pickles) are amazing!<3 I love it!

good mornin'
Good morning! I got up early today, I did 1 hour yoga lesson 4 me :) I burned incense in my yoga room. It makes me feel yoga mode. My body was usually not flexible early in the morning. Always I can't Plow Pose early in the morning but I don't really care about it!:) I drank Japanese Hoji tea after the lesson. It's made in my home town Kyoto. I love to make the tea with my 南部鉄瓶 Japanese iron kettle. What a great morning!

yoga for PMS 4 me
I bought this cute candle holder♡ I like it :) I was writing my anatomy report all day. My body was little bit tired, so I did yoga for PMS for me (I'm PMS now). It was very comfortable~. Doing yoga for PMS after writing anatomy report about yoga for PMS is funny! haha!

Great days
I had great and busy days. I had my son's Pizza party and Graduation ceremony, yoga teacher training, my son's check up at his pediatrics and the dentist. The yoga teacher training was awesome!!! I learned Anatomy and Chakra this weekend. The anatomy class was very interesting. I learned about food also. I'm interesting in about it. My classmates's Chakra teaching was all great. I was very nervous this time because the Archer pose was little bit difficult for me and I had to read many English words this time. I did practice to read it many times before the teaching. I went to lunch with my classmates this time. It was fun and yummy♡ I had a great time at the teacher training.
The green beans, spinach and mash potatoes are all yummy ♡
The teacher training will wrap up on June. I have to write anatomy report and I have to study for the final exam. So I can't write my yoga blog a lot this month.

Thinking about Krishnamacharya
I just finish my "The Heart of Yoga" book home work! phew! The book is really hard for me and I need a lot of time to read the book. The book is amazing. I touch the teaching of yoga every time. I was thinking about Krishnamacharya this morning. I realized yoga is not just exercise! I found his YouTube. Wow......I can't find the words.....look his abs! *amazing*

Ice cream with Rhubarb jam
I made Rhubarb jam and Kumquats jam this morning while I was doing yoga home work.
【Rhubarb jam】
■ingredients
1 Rhubarb chopped
sugar 2oz
water 4oz
simmer all ingredients until the rhubarb in water.

yoga for sex life
I keep thinking about yoga poses for muscle in the pelvic floor. I thought Bridge Pose is good poses for muscle in the pelvic floor. This YouTube show it. Wow, it's yoga for sex life! Interesting!lol But actually it's serious problem for women.

Today's supper is
Cabbage and Herb with Avocado Mayo
>1 cut cabbage and wash. add herb mix.
>2 mix 1 avocado, 1/3 lemon, 3tbsp sour cream, 3tbsp mayo
asparagus and bacon pasta
>1 put 2tbsp olive oil 1 garlic clove sliced into a pan and heat it
>2 add 1/2 cup chopped bacon into the pan
>3 add 1 cup boiled asparagus and boiled spaghetti(for 2~3 person) into a pan
>4 add 1/4tsp chicken bouillon, salt and pepper
Melon and lemon fruits water
>1 1/8 melon diced and 1 lemon sliced
>2 put melon and lemon into the water pitcher and add 500ml water
We bought a small pool for kids today,so it was a pool party!lol

the pelvic floor Sumo pose
I would like to learn the poses use muscle of the pelvic floor. The ladies who had a baby and older age sometimes feel drop-off their muscle of the pelvic floor. I think they want to do those yoga poses.
I found this Youtube. The pose's name is Sumo pose!!! wow!!! I like the naming!<333 I like the cat too♥ the cat is sooo cuuuute♥:)

I usually have my English lesson at STAR BUCKS COFFEE. I usually get up late,so I have my breakfast at the store. The bread is artichoke on it! It's interesting and yummy :)

I read The Chakra DECK in the English lesson cuz' the English spiritual words are too hard for me! I couldn't understand some words in Navel Solar Plexus Chakra. like.....

Beets & Herb Salad
I ate Beet & Herb Salad for my supper. The beets are LOVE BEETS . I bought it at WHOLE FOODS MARKET. The ingredients are beets and vinegar only. It's all natural and very healthy. I just cut and put LOVE BEETS on Organic Herb Mix! It was super easy!

Partner yoga lesson
I had yoga lesson this morning. It was final lesson,so I think I wanted to do something fun thing. So I did Partner yoga today! The student liked it! They felt friend's warmth and they looked comfortable and happy :) I was happy to see it :)
I did 3 parts Partner yoga today.

Partner yoga
I'm going to have yoga lesson tomorrow morning. The lesson is the final lesson in all 4 lessons. I did teach basic yoga poses in the first and the second lesson. I did weight loss yoga lesson in the third lesson. I'm going to do partner yoga tomorrow! I think it will be fun! I have to choose the poses in many partner yoga poses. I saw the YouTube and I learned partner yoga poses this morning. I like her partner yoga YouTube. There are many partner yoga poses in her YouTube. I chose some poses in her YouTube and I tried to do partner yoga with my hubby tonight. It was fun and it makes choosing the poses easily. going to choose the poses!

Third Chakra/Boat Pose with strap
The teacher training class will come soon! I'll teach Third Chakra at next class. Third Chakra is the Navel Solar Plexus Chakra. I'll teach Boat pose. The pose is little bit hard for beginners include me. I found the YouTube Boat pose with yoga strap. I tried it and that's awesome! I did the pose easily! I like the variation!

WHOLE FOODS MARKET
I went to WHOLE FOODS MARKET for the first time today! There are many yoga goods in the store! I was so excited about it! My fav yoga books were in the store and another good yoga books in the store too! I found beautiful bracelet, necklace, bags also. I didn't buy them this time but I wanna get them next time♥;) I bought incense at the store.
There were many incense in the store. I found some Kyoto taste incense. My home town is Kyoto Japan, so I missed Kyoto so much. I loved to do yoga with incense when I lived in Japan. I'm happy to get the Japanese incense:D I love Sandalwood incense at my yoga time.
I got Morning Zen incense and the flower incense holder.The incense holder is beautiful. I like it! I think smell is important for relaxation :)

Ageless Body
I borrowed "LOOK 15 YEARS YOUNGER" Barbara Currie at Library. Actually I'm 35 years old. I wanna be 23 years old cuz' my fav singer Rihanna is 23 years old now. So "LOOK 15 YEARS YOUNGER" is my dream!!!lol The book is very interesting! I'm going to read this book and I'll try those poses!!! I wanna get ageless body!!!
