Butterfly


I'm having in my period now. So I did yoga poses for menstrual period this morning. I like doing Butterfly pose while I'm having in my period. Butterfly pose is the first Chakra pose. The first Chakra is the Root Chakra. The Chakra's color is deep red. The location is base of spine, perineum(The Chakra DECK). This pose stretches and strengthens the lower back and hip areas. The forward stretch at the end is soothing to the ovaries and abdomen and helps to relieve lower back pain during menstruation (YOGA for WOMEN Shakta kaur khalsa Pg111)

neck exercise yes and no motion


OMG. I had sore neck muscle when I got up this morning:S I did neck exercise "yes and no motion". I learned the motion at the anatomy class of the teacher training class. It was good :) My neck is better now :)

Brown rice


Brown rice (we called it Genmai玄米 in Japanese) is great meal for me. Brown rice and Umeboshi (plum pickles) are amazing!<3 I love it!

good mornin'


Good morning! I got up early today, I did 1 hour yoga lesson 4 me :) I burned incense in my yoga room. It makes me feel yoga mode. My body was usually not flexible early in the morning. Always I can't Plow Pose early in the morning but I don't really care about it!:) I drank Japanese Hoji tea after the lesson. It's made in my home town Kyoto. I love to make the tea with my 南部鉄瓶 Japanese iron kettle. What a great morning!

yoga for PMS 4 me


I  bought this cute candle holder♡ I like it :) I was writing my anatomy report all day. My body was little bit tired, so I did yoga for PMS for me (I'm PMS now). It was very comfortable~. Doing yoga for PMS after writing anatomy report about yoga for PMS is funny! haha!

Great days

I had great and busy days. I had my son's Pizza party and Graduation ceremony, yoga teacher training, my son's check up at his pediatrics and the dentist. The yoga teacher training was awesome!!! I learned Anatomy and Chakra this weekend. The anatomy class was very interesting. I learned about food also. I'm interesting in about it. My classmates's Chakra teaching was all great. I was very nervous this time because the Archer pose was little bit difficult for me and I had to read many English words this time. I did practice to read it many times before the teaching. I went to lunch with my classmates this time. It was fun and yummy♡ I had a great time at the teacher training.



The green beans, spinach and mash potatoes are all yummy ♡

The teacher training  will wrap up on June. I have to write anatomy report and I have to study for the final exam. So I can't write my yoga blog a lot this month.

Thinking about Krishnamacharya


I just finish my "The Heart of Yoga" book home work! phew! The book is really hard for me and I need a lot of time to read the book. The book is amazing. I touch the teaching of yoga every time. I was thinking about Krishnamacharya this morning. I realized yoga is not just exercise! I found his YouTube. Wow......I can't find the words.....look his abs! *amazing*
