organic cotton sanitary napkin

menstruation now...I use organic cotton sanitary napkin in my home. I love "touta" cuz' it's cute and comfortable!

going to do Reclined bound angle pose (Sputa Baddha Konasana).this pose is a resting pose which is also helpful during menstruation.
