I'll teach Arm pressure pose (Bhujapidasana) and Plow pose (Halasana) in the teacher training class, so I read "YOGA THE IYENGER WAY". I'm having my period,so I don't want to do Plow pose. I just read the book and I write the sentence on my journal. I'm beginner English speaker,so I can't say long difficult sentence. I have to look for easy and short sentence for my teaching.
