Maybe I have RLS (Restless Legs Syndrome). Sometimes my legs feel uncomfortable, like itching during my sleeping:S I couldn't sleep for the symptoms. I think yoga might relieve the symptoms. Yoga For Restless Legs Syndorome suggest it.
When I do some hip opening poses before I go to the bed, I can sleep well:) I love doing the Seated-Angle Pose when I have RLS. If you have RLS, yoga might help you.
