fall detox



I love to see photos in yoga magazine. My fav magazine is "yoga at home" by yoga journal now. I see those photos and I get some ideas for my lesson. The poses in the magazine are basic poses. I love basic poses:)

my relax time


It's fall season. I love taking a bath in fall and winter season because my body get cold easily. I love reading some yoga books and yoga magazines in the bath tub:) It's my relax time before going to bed. I love just looking photos in the bath tub. Some photos which is hard pose one make me smile. Some stylish magazine photo make me feel good. Sometimes I think about my yoga lesson menu in the bath tub. I can't wait this relax time everyday:)

Let's prevent together!


I did mammography last week for my check up. I was thinking about preventing cancer and I read the Pink Ribbon Official Page. They write about "anticancer body" and "Keys to success" about physical exercise. They write "Try Easy Activities - There's is no need to go to the gym and start power training, yoga or Tai Chi, which stimulate the body gently, can be practiced by almost anyone." I totally agree! yoga is great exercise for almost anyone! I would love to introduce yoga to people who don't know this great exercise "yoga" :) Of course, I think it's great not only exercise but also spiritually ;)

Fall weight loss yoga lesson


I'm going to have fall yoga lesson Oct! I recover my rib finally, so I can teach yoga!:D Yaaaay! I got good response about my fall yoga lesson, so I'm thinking about poses about weight loss now. I practiced teaching this morning and it's very similar to this YouTube! I would love to do those poses in my weight loss yoga lesson. I need more poses about weight loss, so I'm going to read yoga books;))

yoga for sleep


OMG I got up at 1:30am this morning! I got up 2:30am yesterday also. Ummmmm I don't know why:/  Lately I have hives during the night, maybe that's why I get up such a crazy time everyday.
I need more sleep, so I'm going to do it! I like her YouTube:') I hope I can sleep after doing the yoga for sleep;)


This YouTube is gr8 also! Awww I can't sleep now cuz' those YouTube of yoga for insomnia are very interesting for meee!Lol

Farmer's Market in the hospital


I went to Farmer's Market in the hospital after my blood test this morning. Farmer's Market is good for Eating Local. I usually try to Eat Local and eat organic foods. There were many fresh vegetables and fruits in the market! I was so excited in there! Those peaches look so yummy♡ I saw many ppl bought those peaches at the market.



this yellow tomato and green tomato is very pretty! but I don't know how do I cock them:S I'll look for the recipe later;)


Those zucchini and egg plant are very fresh! Love them! I'll cock them for BBQ tonight!;) can't wait to eat them!!!



These red tomatoes and grape tomatoes are beautiful! They have lycopene! It has antioxidant properties. I eat red tomato everyday! my 5 yrs old son love grape tomatoes cuz' it's easy to eat for him:)
I love those fresh vegetable and peaches!

Yoga for Headache



I usually have my headache after my period:/ I want to reduce my headache with yoga. I found this YouTube. I think it's good massage for head. I'll try to do it;)
I have headache and sore rib also:/ I can't do my yoga well now:/ I hope my headache and sore rib will fading away~

morning glow




Good morning! I got up early this morning, so I did my morning yoga before the sunrise. seeing morning glow and doing yoga was very calm and feelin' so good! I have sore rib now, so I can't plank and some lying poses now. I hope I feel better soon!

Yoga for RLS



Maybe I have RLS (Restless Legs Syndrome). Sometimes my legs feel uncomfortable, like itching during my sleeping:S I couldn't sleep for the symptoms. I think yoga might relieve the symptoms.
Yoga For Restless Legs Syndorome suggest it.
When I do some hip opening poses before I go to the bed, I can sleep well:) I love doing the Seated-Angle Pose when I have RLS. If you have RLS, yoga might help you.

Happy Baby Pose

yoga for kidney






I have kidney trouble. I can't live without taking the medicine now. Nobody don't know why I have the kidney trouble, so I know my kidney trouble can't heal. I can't do any hard exercise that's why I started doing yoga deeply. I hate that trouble cuz' I'm an active person! I was in the hospital for 2 month in Jpn. I did yoga and some muscle training there. The nurse came to my room and  she stopped my hard exercise. haha! Anyway I don't want to have such a bummer trouble. I have to search some yoga poses for my kidney.






Kidneys are in back. I need to massage on my back. I'm going to do the YouTube pose.

new yoga clothes


I went to VICTORIA'S SECRET and FOREVER XXI last weekend. Those stores are my fav♡ I got the long pants and the leggings and the short pants at the store with reasonable price♡ I think wearing the short pants is good for doing yoga during summer time:)


I wore the leggings for my weight loss yoga lesson this morning. I like it:)♡ It's FOREVER XXI one. I loooove FOREVER XXI♡
I did weight loss yoga class this morning and I tried to teach some arm balance poses but I couldn't well. I have to practice arm balance poses~. Anyway I had fun at the class:) Thank you girls! I'm going to do some yoga poses for back muscle at the weight loss yoga class next week;)

yoga for arms


I'm going to have weight loss yoga class tomorrow morning. I'm going to do some arm yoga poses in the class. I think the Down Plank pose and Eagle pose is good for arm muscle training and the Dolphin pose is good for arm muscle (especially around the shoulders). I'm going to teach some arm balance poses in the class but I'm not good at the arm balance poses:S The YouTube is very nice to practice arm balance poses. I tried to practice them, but I couldn't:/ The arm balance poses are really hard for me:/ So I'm going to do the Crow pose, arm pressure pose and hooked foot pose in the class because maybe I can do them (but it's not good) :P

relax soup


















I had PMS this weekend, so I did some hip opening poses and I tried to eat more healthy. Sometimes I get nerves in my period. So I made salsa soup with celery and coriander because celery and coriander have relax ingredient:) Those smell make relax. I think doing relax poses and eating relax food are good for PMS.

【salsa soup】
My American friend told this great recipe to me. Thank you♡ I love this recipe:*)

■ingredients
2 chopped Chicken thigh
6 chopped coriander
1 diced celery
1 diced carrot
1 diced onion
4 cup water
1 cup salsa sauce
1 cube chicken bouillon
1/2 tsp black pepper

>1 put chicken thigh,celery,onion,carrot,water into the pan and heat.
>2 add coriander,salsa sauce,chicken bouillon,black peper and simmer it until tender.

I hope my PMS will be fading away~

Coconut water


I loooove VITA COCO ! It's coconut water. It has more electrolytes than leading sports drink and more potassium than 2 bananas! It's no fat, no cholesterol, low in calories. I know the real coconut is so hard to drink it cuz' the shell is so harrrrd!!! So drinking VITA COCO is easy way to drink coconut water;)


My fav DIVA Rihanna loves it♡ That's why I love VITA COCO♡;)

Drinking healthy is good for Yoga Life:)

Kids yoga class


I had Kids yoga class this morning. Actually the student was only my son.lol Some pre-school has the Bible school same day same time, so there was no kids except my son but I really didn't care about it because my son was doing well and we had so much fun at the class:) I think it was good practice teaching kids for me. I had 40mins Kids yoga class. I did warm up , some fun poses, playing with the ball with our foot, practicing some yoga poses and relax on savasana. My son was laughing all time at the class, It made me happy:) I hope some other kids will join my Kids yoga class next time;)♡ 


I love this class! My son likes the wash machine warm up pose! It's Fun!<3

thinking about Kids yoga poses


I changed the blog name from Healing 101 to Lovely Yoga cuz' my yoga studio name is "Lovely Yoga Studio". Is it lovely name, huh?:) I have KIDS YOGA class tomorrow morning, so I'm thinking about the poses. It will be fun!:) This YouTube is awesome! I like it!  I did abs yoga class yesterday, it was hard but it was fun! I have sore muscle this morning.lol

kale stir-fry




The Fresh Market opened in my town today. I was so excited about it! I got the kale. It was really fresh! I made the kale stir-fry for my supper. I love the kale stir-fry! It's easy and yummy and very healthy:)

【kale stir-fry】

>1  put the 1T olive oil and sliced garlic to the skillet and heat it
>2  add the kale and cover on it for 1~2mins
>3  take the cover off and saute it
>4  add 1/2T soy sauce and pepper

Kale includes vitaminA and vitaminC. That means kale is good for skin health and beauty:)
